Sherri Anne would be a fantastic realtor to represent you under any circumstances, but was absolutely phenomenal in today's incredibly challenging situation of Covid restrictions, low inventory, and a highly-competitive market. As out of state buyers, we did a couple of in-person house hunting visits but primarily communicated by email, phone, and FaceTime tours. You really have to trust your realtor if you make a binding offer without stepping foot in a house beforehand, and we did.
