Receiving a Low Offer
For some sellers, receiving a low offer can be a little off-putting, but don't let it be. It is always worth a counter. You never know how far the buyer may be will to come up. It might also be worth discussing the other terms of the offer to see what we can negotiate that might make the offer more attractive.
