How to Lower Stress During a Real Estate Transaction
Purchasing or selling a home can be a stressful experience, whether you’re a first-time buyer or you’ve been through the process numerous times. Saving you some of the stress is where I come in. Working together, I make your home buying or selling experience organized, transparent and even enjoyable. How do I do that? Here are some examples:
First-timers: There are a lot of things to learn about buying a home--how to get pre-approved, what does a home inspection tell you, what's an appraisal, how should I negotiate and more. I've been through the process personally, and professionally, and will guide and counsel you each step of the way.
Out-of-town buyers: If you’re are moving in from out of state, there’s a good chance that viewing homes will be difficult—you could be a long drive or even a plane ride away. With today’s video capabilities and messaging apps like Skype or Facetime, I can walk you through a property virtually. It’s not the same as walking through in person, but it will at least give you an idea about whether a property is worth pursuing further.
Inspection issues: You’re dreaming about move-in day, and then some unforeseen issues turn up during inspection. I will work with you on how to negotiate repairs that should be handled by the seller or provide you with professional resources to work with once you close.
Of course there are more benefits to working together. Call me or email me at anytime to discuss how I can make your home buying or selling experience go more smoothly.
